Documents in Rise

I am going to create our employee policy manual in Rise. I like the way the links look much better than the attachment option. Here's my dilemma, I don't want to store our policy PDFs on our LMS and I cannot store on our Sharepoint site both for various reasons. I wanted to see if anyone has an innovative solution or possibly if I can link to a page with attachments in Rise but "hide" that page from course navigation.

Hi Kelly,
Rise does not have the ability to hide pages (Lessons).
Hello Kelly. Tell me why you'd like to hide a resources lesson from course navigation so we can better understand your use case. We'll see if we can come up with an idea!
I want to be able to have our policies in a rise course so our hourly employees can access them - they do not have access to our company share point. I don't want o to load them all in our LMS because there are too many and when people search for learning I am not a fan of pulling up policies and rules. Using links will allow us to give a brief description of the policy and has a clean look vs the file upload.
Understood. You may want to consider a web hosting option like Amazon S3 or Google Cloud. Once those policies are hosted there, you can use the links in a button block!
Thanks!
