Hi, when a learner leaves and re-enters a RISE course, do they return to the location they left off? If so, do they return to the block at which they left off, or the Lesson?
Rise will allow a learner to resume to the lesson they left off at, and they'll be brought back to the top of that lesson (including if it's a group of blocks in a lesson).
What happens when you resume the Rise course on SuccessFactors LMS? Does it start over from the beginning of the course, or does it resume to a previous lesson?
For longer lessons, only returning to the top of the lesson makes the learner scroll down to the point where they left off, which is really only recognizable if you are using a lot of Continue buttons or something preventing scrolling until blocks are complete. So this is by design? Returning to lesson rather than lesson location?

Hi Danielle and Robert,

Hope that helps!
I use SuccessFactors LMS and, yes, bookmarking works in that.
Thanks, Michael for sharing! That's good to know - it seems to be a popular LMS.
Which version of SCORM are you using? Right now we are having trouble resuming a lesson in SuccessFactors LMS.

It looks like the LMS administrator was point to the wrong file... not the main index file. All good now.
Oh, that's good to hear! Thanks for following up, Magda!

Hi Robert,
By design, returning student will resume at the start of the last lesson they were in during their previous session.
