We had a member in our company leave, and upon her exit, she shared a course with me. In my rice 360 account, I can go in and make edits and changes and etc. When I leave the course too then attempt to download it to our LMS system, the buttons are no longer there and it states that this course is owned by the individual who just left the company. It is shared with me, but how do I go about downloading it from here.

Your team member should have made you the Course Owner so that you could Export a new version of the course.

Karl is spot-on. It looks like the original author invited you to be a course collaborator, but instead she should have transferred ownership to you.
