I've created a button block in rise with the destination being to send an email. I've added the correct email address in. When I preview and hover over the button it correctly shows mailto:xxxxx?subject=xxxxxx
However, when I go to review and click the button it simply opens up a new web page tab. Not an outlook email message.
I tested this out quickly using the Share link from Rise, and then once publish to Review. Both of them prompted me to open the email client installed on my machine. So it does appear to be working.
Also, you said Preview showed the hover correctly but did it open when you clicked on it from Preview or the Rise Share link? Do you have outlook installed on that computer? Can you also check what browser you're viewing the course in?
I'd love to test your sample course if you can share here.
