I have created a rise course with an embed iframe PDF. The PDF is housed in our share point policy site (which we do log on through Microsoft to access.) It looks and functions perfectly for me whether onsite or remote using VPN. I can even proxy in our sandbox environment (Workday Learning) and it works well. Same for the SCORM cloud. However, when other users attempt to view the PDF, they are getting an error. It says login.microsoftonline.com refused to connect.
This may not be an issue with Rise, it might be that your permissions within SharePoint aren't set up correctly. You will need to make sure all those using this module have the required permissions in SP to access that location.
