I have created several Rise modules that have Wistia videos embedded in them. When I view these in Review all the videos have a maximize button available.
But when I publish to SCORM and upload into my LMS, the maximize button disappears.

You can also try viewing your course using incognito or private viewing mode. If that still doesn't help, would you mind sharing the embed code that you're using for your video?
