We are currently getting this message when we upload our Rise SCORM content onto our Totara LMS. The course we have designed contains a drag and drop interaction that we suspect (would like you to confirm) maybe causing the error. When designing the Rise course we upload the Storyline 360 file to Review to then add this as a Block in Rise. We then export as a .zip SCORM file and upload to our LMS. Some of our users are reporting that they cannot complete the course content, and in some instances the course fails to report. Can you offer any help with this?
