I get error message 'Please verify the file is a video and try again.' (see enclosed screenshot) when I want to upload a video into a rise block/course.
I process this way :
edit the video sample and click on change, and then select my *.mp4 file to be uploaded...
Sorry to hear that you are unable to upload video at the moment! Can you send me a copy of the .mp4 file you are trying to upload? I'll see if I can get it working on my end.
