I'm working with client to export the files needed for their Docebo LMS. The client is getting an error message that the file is not formatted correctly. Is there a way that's best to export these files, or could this be a compatibility issue? I'm new to the e-learning game so any advice would help. Thanks!

Most often, you'll need to upload a zipped folder with the published content into an LMS. Are you using a zipped folder when importing the content into Docebo? If not, here's how to export a Rise 360 course for LMS in a zipped folder format.
