A learner pointed this out to us, and I just confirmed. Open a Rise quiz as a learner. Go to a question. select an answer. hit ctrl-a to select all on the page and ctrl-c to copy. Paste it to a notepad document. It will tell you whether your selection is correct or incorrect. I confirmed this on two different assets. It does not happen with Chrome.
