I have embedded a number of videos hosted in Vimeo, ensuring that the user can do 3 things - see playbar to navigate backward and forward, adjust the volume and select the full screen option.
The first 2 are available when viewing the course, but for some reason the full screen option is not available for the learner? (See the attachments to see the problem.)
Hi Ryan. Thanks for sharing the screenshot of the video player. Tell me about where you're testing your course. Is it currently hosted in an LMS? If so, does it open in a new window?
We've seen this behavior if the course is opening within the LMS frame (not popping out into a new window). If that's what's happening for you, the workaround is to set the LMS to launch the course in a new window.
