When I try to edit the blocks the screen goes blank. When I reload I get a "Jay is editing this right now - do you want to take control?" Which I do and the block is still there, and I still can't edit it.
Using latest version of chrome. Using Rise. Logged out and in. Restarted everything twice. Baffled.
If you click the Edit Content button for a lesson that another author is currently editing, you’ll have the option to take control of the lesson.
It sounds like you and Jay were working on the same lesson at the same time. Did you contact Jay to find out if you were working on the same lesson? Clicking the Take Control button could lock Jay out of the lesson, and vice versa.

Hi Audre!
It sounds like you're collaborating on a course with another author, is that right?

Hi. I'm having the same problem and am the only Articulate user at my organisation. I also get this Take Control message quite regularly. Any advice?
Hi there, Nat. You'll see the "Take Control" message appear when reopening a lesson if you close the browser tab while editing a lesson.
Instead, click the back button to return to the menu before closing the browser.
Let me know if that helps!
