Having an issue w/ RISE SCORM file

We are using LITMOS... 

Are having an issue today with a SCORM file that won't display.

Are there any known issues with SCORM files from RISE and LITMOS?

Support at LITMOS uploaded the SCORM file to SCORM Cloud also and it wouldn't display there.

I am able to publish it in Articulate Review just fine...

Hi Mary Beth!  Thanks for including your output.  I also tried uploading your content to SCORM Cloud, and just got a blank screen when launching it.

Have you tried exporting the course again from Rise?  If you have, can you try making a duplicate of this course and then exporting that copy?

Our support team is happy to test exporting on our end, as well.  You can reach out to them here, and they'll give you instructions on how to share your course with them.  I'm sure we'll get it figured out!

I also uploaded your zipped export package to SCORM Cloud and saw a blank page on my end as well – a puzzle for sure, and I'm really sorry you're running into this!

Additionally, I'm curious to know which SCORM format you're using and if this happens with just a particular Rise course or multiple ones.

We've started a support case on your behalf with how to share your course with us so we can jump into investigating this – keep an eye out for that email shortly!

Did this get resolved? I am having a blank screen issue as well. I have tried everything. I have a Rise file with three SL blocks and originally a quiz at the end. I have stripped the SL blocks and the quiz out and it STILL only gives a blank screen. I have been trying to test in SCORM Cloud, to no avail. However, I tested one of the SL files in SC and it worked fine.

I’m sorry that you’re having some trouble here. If you're experiencing the same behavior on SCORM cloud, the quickest way to resolve this issue is to have our Support Team take a look. You can submit a case here.

Have you done any testing in SCORM Cloud yet?  If so, are you getting the same results?
