I've an issue with a Rise Course, I built for a client. In Preview mode, the heading of the course looks fine. Three lines of text. But in the final course on Moodle (SCORM-export) the heading text appears - ONLY on Smartphones in vertical mode - in 4 lines, without hyphen. It looks not very well, and my client asked me to change this. But how can I do this? I found no possibility to change the font size of heading. I attached two pictures to clarify what I mean.
What smartphones and browsers are you testing on? I'd like to test the same thing on one of my Rise courses using the Share link and when uploaded to SCORM Cloud.
Also, you could include the Share link from your Rise course here, and I can also test that one.
Here ist the Share Link of my Rise Course. I am using an iPhone 6s plus with Safari browser and Google Chrome. The problem occurs in both browsers in vertical mode. So I hope you have an idea...
Thanks for providing that Share link! Because Rise is responsive, it will break longer words depending on the aspect ratio of the screen or window on which you're viewing the course. I can definitely understand how the ability to control where the word breaks would be really helpful, so I'll pass that idea along to my team!
Thanks for letting us know what you'd like to see.
