Hi There! I have a Rise module (created before 360) on the articulate website that I created under an old user name and password. I have upgraded to 360 and I want to update that module but I don't know how to access it. The 360 account is a different user and password

How long is it since you created the course using the different account?
Can you still log into that account?

No, I can't sign into it. Since it was a yearly subscription, my access is denied.
