How to access to all links from a Rise 360 at once
Hello there,
I was wondering if there is any possibility to access to all links from a Rise Course at once in order to be able to modify them.
Situation: I have a Rise Course with multiple embedded video links, i.e 20 and I need to modify all of them.
Objective: I would like to be able to access to all the links at once, i.e in a list or spreadsheet, and modify them from there. So I don't have to go embedded video from embedded video changing the links individually.
Is there any option to achieve this?

Hi,
Rise does not have a function where you can see and edit all links at the same time. This would be a great feature, as we have many links in our courses.
So you need to edit the links in each individual block.
I just want to say I would find this feature so helpful right now as well. I'm sure it's not that uncommon to need to redo/change the links across dozens and dozens of courses (and not touch anything else).
As an update to my previous post, we created an Excel file that lists all of the links we use, and specifies exactly where the links are used in each course,
On a quarterly basis, we check all links in the Excel file. If we make any edits, the Rise course link needs to updated as well. As we have a lot of links, it's quite a task.
