How to end a course and allow learners to exit

Hello, I'm seeking ways to end and exit a course. I have a quiz that requires an 80% grade for successful completion, which works fine, but I would like to have some kind of "Congratulations - click here to exit the course" option.
Even better would be a "Click here to take a brief survey" option followed by the ability to exit the course.
I tried creating a final lesson called "Congratulations" but again, there isn't any ending - it doesn't really finish. How can I get learners to exit the course?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hi Steve
Mt 2 cents - from the Block Library select the Interactive menu
Then scroll down the options until you get to the Button option
Edit the Button and use the Destination options as to where you want to send your learners
Also rename the button to let the learners know where they are going
Hope this helps
