Our help desk had a colleague's license transferred to me. I am able to login with my email and password but none of the RISE content created by her is there. I do not know how the transfer was done.
At the time when your Help Desk transferred your colleague's license to you, a prompt would have come up asking them what to do with your colleague's courses.
It seems they chose not to transfer those courses to you.
Does anybody else in your organization have access to these 9 courses?
