I am starting exploring Rise360. I have received a template/zip folder from a friend and I have to work on it. We do not have a team account and I have a free trial account.
How can I import and save the received file on my Rise profile for future uses? (I have found on the community some discussions that have a link to save example template on rise profile).

Hi Veronica,
If the file that you were sent is a SCORM output file in ZIP format, then the file cannot be imported into Rise for editing purposes.
Ask your friend to send you a copy of the course by email. You will be able to edit that course in Rise.
