Last December my ID had been merged into my colleague's. Now I couldn't find courses in Rise 360 that created by my ID previously, when I logged in by my colleague's ID. Please let me know how to access those courses. Otherwise, I'd like to know how to import those contents into Rise 360 that were exported as ZIP files before.
Hi, Akina! The courses you created are still tied to your original Articulate ID. If your colleague has an extra seat available on their Articulate 360 team, they can add your original Articulate ID to the team. Log in with that email address, and you should find the course content on your Rise 360 dashboard.
Thank you for your reply Alyssa. Unfortunately, we don't have any extra seat available on Articulate 360. Are there any ways that we can temporary access to the previous course data tied to the previous account?
