I need an urgent help from you guys, i have an project from rise 360 whose trial period going to end by tommrrow. If the trial version of its gets expried. If i use any another mail id to use it.
Can i edit/reuse the raw file or the file will get vanished.
Hi Nab. Thanks for reaching out. There isn't a way to download a Rise 360 course and uploaded it into a different Rise 360 account. You can, however, send a copy of the course to a different account. You can read more about it here: Rise 360: How to Send a Copy of a Course to Other Authors
I can see that your trial account is already expired though. Don't worry, we keep your data for at least three months. So, if you start a subscription within those months, you should still see your courses. You can read more about it here: Will you delete all my data when my trial or subscription expires?
