I attempted to change an image in Rise to a different one from Content Library, but the program stalls when uploading the new image. It won't let me cancel, but the upload symbol continues spinning. I tried logging out and back in, and tried logging into a different browser to use Rise, and nothing will let me change the image. It's now been more than 12 hours that the image upload is stalled and the icon continues to spin. Any ideas on how to remedy this? I am trying to meet a deadline so this is the only item holding me up.
It looks like the delete block option worked. When I recreated it, I was able to add the Content Library image without issue. Thank you. I wondered if this is a known issue since I saw a couple of others on the forum have had the same problem. Any chance Articulate will be able to prevent this from happening in the future? Thanks.
Hi there, Erin. It is hard to know if there was a connectivity problem, either with your browser or with the content in the library. If you are consistently having trouble, however, please let us know! We'll dig in further.

Delete that image block and recreate it.

If Karl's suggestion of deleting the image block doesn't help, I'd want our Support Engineers to have a look at your course.
