"image&text" not aligned with text blocks

I am building a course that consists of text and "image & text" blocks. My problem is that I cannot find a setting that would allow me to align text and "image &text" vertically.

Is there a setting for this, or would this be a feature request?

Please advise.

    Hi Annett! Looks like you need a way to change the position of the text and image. I'll share your requirement with my team, and I will update this thread if we make any changes that will help!
