One of our clients is not able to see the images we've included on flashcards. She was using Chrome. The images display properly for me in both Chrome and Internet Explorer. Has anyone run into this issue before? Do you know the cause?
Thanks for the screenshots, and I'm glad you reached out to us! Is this course hosted on a web server, a learning management system, or did you simply send the "Share" link to the client?
Do you know the exact version of Chrome the client is using?
I'm having this issue as well. Only been happening in the last few weeks. Not just with images, but with storyline blocks. This is all internal in our company, and it's happening in Review when I send a share link. It happens for me too, when I go to review the course. Storyline blocks are not appearing, and there is a continue button below that won't allow me to continue. The company uses chrome, updates administered by IT. When I use IE, the problem appears not to happen, but I can't tell hundreds of people to use IE when so many of them will miss this detail and use chrome anyway.

Hi Alyssa, thanks for your response. I sent the "Share" link to the client. I don't know the version of Chrome... I can ask.
Thanks, Leah. Keep me posted on what you find out! You can also send the "Share" link to us by clicking here, and we can do further testing on it.
