I'm working on a text/media project in Rise 360 and I was uploading images all day, then suddenly Images were getting deleted and I cannot upload any new ones.
Oh thank god it's not just me. The images won't load - gives me an error SOMETIMES, but sometimes it just says "uploading" forever - and in some parts of my course images I uploaded weeks ago have gone missing entirely.
So sorry for the interruption. We’ve identified an issue with images loading in Rise 360, Content Library 360, and Review 360. This issue will prevent users from being able to view, upload, or export images. We’re looking into what went wrong and will update you as soon as we have more info.
We've implemented a fix for this issue, and our systems are recovering. You should be able to view and upload images and publish content from Rise 360 to Review 360. We'll continue to monitor performance carefully.
Rafik, this fix applies to new and previous Rise 360 courses, so your guides should be working normally.

Yes. I also get an error message about losing content if I try to return to the Rise360 main page from the course.
That's the thing though. I'm not getting any error message. The hourglass keeps spinning and nothing happens

I also get a message when I try to return to the main application that if I leave the page my changes may be lost. Is that true?
Yes, same here. And now I'm a bit worried about all the other guides I've developed and that are in use by my trainees.

I do have to point out that images have been disappearing as well, and I'm a bit worried that previously developed Rise guides will be affected.
