Import translation issue

Hi all!

A colleague has recently shared several modules made with Rise, my job is to apply the translation to these modules, however, when I try to import the .xlf document I get this error message 

I have not modified the translation files nor the modules. I have tried to export and import a translation making a copy of the module and it seems to work properly. I've also opened the file with the software that I use (swordfish) and it also seems to work. 

Could this be a problem related to the modules being shared from another account? Or maybe a compatibility issue with the software used by them? (Memsource)
