Hey Robyn and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! Rise does not use templates as much as pre-built lesson types. There are 7 pre-built lesson types as well as all the features available within Blocks. Ashley has a great Peek recording here on getting started with lesson types if you'd like to check it out.
You could certainly customize the theme colors and fonts to match any corporate requirement you may have and this brief Peek recording demonstrates that. So, to quote Adam here: you could create a new blank course. Name it something like "Starting Template." Then, go customize the settings. Now each time you want to create a new course, duplicate the starting course and use that as your jumping off point.
