When I insert a video via multimedia, the first stop frame is worse quality than the original video and once clicked play the view is good. But that first view is distorted a bit. Can I do something with it? I will insert pictures :)
Thanks for those screenshots, Eva! I can definitely see how the quality is not right on the first frame. As a first step, you can try opening the video file in an editing tool and exporting it again to .mp4. We use the third party tool, Handbrake, and it might help clear out anything weird.
