I used the checklist element in a microlearning (Rise 360). The checklist is supposed to support the learner and ensure that each item on the checklist is checked off in a given timeline. However, when the checklist is closed and then reopened, or even scrolled down in the microlearning, the progress is reset and each checklist box is blanked.
Is it possible to change the settings or do anything else to keep the learner's progress and the boxes still checked?
