Our 360 was down yesterday (3/5), and came back this morning (10am EST 3/6). It appears to be down again (4pm EST 3/6).

I am getting error message 502 now
My whole team are still having issues. We are getting the same error as people above. Did the outatge return?

Im still getting the time out error when trying to load Rise 360.
And before you ask did you clear out your browsing data.....yes I cleared it as recommended. Still cant get into Rise 360.
I was getting the time-out error, then after clearing my browser cache this error started.
Rise, isn't working for me, just getting a 504 gateway error.
The status page is saying that it is up, but it won't load at all for me

Ah, okay, what I was looking at was this, which isn't true..since it's currently down. They also mark it as resolved, which it currently isn't. Some inconsistency in their messaging.
Seems to be back up and working again now, yay :)

Our team was able to work in Rise 360 for about 20 minutes this morning before it went down again five minutes ago.
We are now receiving the 504 Gateway timeout message.
Rise is still down. Able to continue to work in ASL. I have not done the recent update, not sure if that matters.
