Issues on the Quiz Results Screen - No Score - Take Again Button Hidden

Hello, I work at a learning management system company that hosts SCORM content. one of our large clients has created and posted what looks to be a rise 360 course
A fraction of their users (a few dozen reported cases over hundreds of completed attempts) are experiencing an issue where after completing the quiz, the quiz results screen doesn't display their score and it does not allow them to re-take the quiz.
We have been investigating the issue to ensure the fault isn't on our end, but we haven't been able to reproduce it "naturally". We can see the issue by copying the suspend data and course location of an affected user on a test account, see the screenshot attached.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
