Knowledge Check and Quiz Settings (Rise 360)
Sep 30, 2021
Hi Everyone,
I added 6 knowledge check multiple choice questions to my latest Rise 360. Two questions/issues here...One outcome.
Desired Outcome - require the learners to complete the questions.
Question #1: Is there a way I can set each individual question to be required?
Questions #2: What about the quiz feature? For some reason I can't find how to insert a quiz into my course. And, when I go to Export: Tracking, the option to set tracking using a quiz result says "course has no quizzes"
Thanks all!

Continued my research after posting this. Found this article! This answers my second question.

Hi Rebecca,
You can add a DIVIDER / CONTINUE block below each Knowledge Check block.
Under the Settings for the divider block, choose "complete block directly above".
This will require the learner to attempt each knowledge check.
Note: as knowledge checks are intended for learner self-assessment purposes, they are not graded, and do not require the learner to provide a correct answer before being able to move on.
That worked perfectly! Thank you!!!!
My SMEs and stakeholders love it!
