Label xlf does not work ("internal error") when I try to import

I have carefully - from my own licence - sent a course copy to my license at my client.

Exports the label-xlf (danish) in my own licence, tries to upload it in the course copy in my licens at my client.

Gets "internal error" every time. What can be the problem? I can send it but not in the forum.

Hi Rikard! Thanks for letting us know about what you've tried regarding the label translation.

Have you tried instead exporting the label from the client's course copy, translating that, and reimporting that version into the copy of your client?

If you still have trouble after using that version, please open up a case with us here.

Turned out it was because of an ampersand in the profile name (not label content). You might consider making that input simply not allowing unallowed characters.

Hello, Rikard! Could you please share a screenshot of where the ampersand appeared in the profile name? I just want to be sure we understand what caused that error. Thank you!
