LMS (Litmos) showing as incomplete when learners revisit the course after completion

Hi Everyone 

Some of our courses have guidance material that learners need to revisit after they have completed the course.  Our Rise courses (uploaded as a SCORM 1.2 file) resets their course to 'Incomplete' or 'In Progress' on the LMS when they do this, even though they have previously completed it.  Is there a setting we can change to stop this?

    Hi Claire,

    There are no settings in Rise that will cause or change this.

    Speak to you LMS Administrator as the LMS determines how courses function after they have been previously completed.
