I've been trying to set the hyperlink for an email in Rise with no luck. I've used hyperlinks and buttons (mailto: xxx@email.com), but none of them work. Does everyone know if there is an issue with this? Thanks.
Hi Karl, thanks for your reply. This is for MS Outlook, and it used to open outlook and send an email when clicking the link, but now it doesn't do anything.
Hi Phil, thanks for your suggestion. When we upload the course in LMS, do all the learners need to do this for the link to work? I'm not sure if our IT has changed the browser setting (we don't have admin rights for some of the settings). However, I don't recall having this issue a couple of months ago.

This will only work if you have an email client like Outlook installed.
It won't work with web-based email systems like Gmail.
You can set your browser to open mailto links in web based email
