Hi, when I try to unzip a web-publish bundle for an Articulate Rise course, my Windows is blocking the main.bundle.js. Has anyone else faced a similar problem?
I have tried unzipping several Rise courses published for web distribution, and I did not encounter any issues with Windows blocking any part of the content.
Are you getting a loading or runtime error? Would you be able to share a screenshot of the error you are receiving (if any)? What software are you using to unzip your published content?
I would suggest reaching out to your IT team regarding this issue so they can have a look to see if Windows is indeed blocking a file or content from your published Rise course. You may also share your published output with us by opening a support case here so that we can run some tests from our end.
