Is there a maximum size for a Rise module before functionality diminishes?

Hi Michael, great question! Rise 360 doesn't have a size limit, so you can add as much content as you'd like!

Do you plan to host the published course on a learning management system (LMS)? If so, you may want to ask your LMS team if there is a file size limit there.

Let us know if you run into any issues with playback quality or functionality, and we'll take a look!

We have some large courses, and recently created one about four times the average. The Word document that contains the course design is close to 900 pages, so it is a monster.

That being said, we were able to publish it and the course does run in our LMS. However, there is a significant load period when launching the course in our LMS until the first page of the course is displayed.

Technically speaking, the course is so large that the export to PDF function breaks. So we are unable to create a PDF for this course.

So this course is an exceptional case, and the average Rise user will probably never create something this big. There are some performance related issues. A few students have reported the course crashing when doing typical tasks such as zooming in on an image.
