Looking for the best way to add an acknowledgement to the end of the Microlearning so that when we export to the LMS, it will give a Pass/Incomplete based on the user's acknowledgement. Is this something that can be done in Rise using microlearning?
Based on my experimentation with a Microlearning in our LMS, the Microlearning will send a Passed/Incomplete status provided that the student views the entire Microlearning.
I'm in the same spot as Jennifer. I was hoping to use Microlearing as a "wrapper" around a short piece of content (e.g., video, PDF) then end with an acknowlegement statement followed by Agree or Disagree buttons.
First try (failed): Use a Storyline block to register Pass/Fail.
Second try (failed): Use a Button stack with different destinations to trigger Continue (to the end) vs. Exit (and "skip" last block).
Third try (success, but not idea): Text for the user: "If you agree that you have reviewed and understand the material presented, click Agree. If you do not agree, select Exit in the top-right corner."
Then to make it work:
Set a Continue button (labelled Agree) that continues to the last block (and therefore triggers Complete)
Turn on the Exit Microlearning Link (so the Learner doesn't visit the last block)

Hi Jennifer,
Karl is correct. Microlearning automatically marks a user as complete when they view the entire Microlearning.

you could use a checkbox list with one item and a continue button below or add in a storyline block with two buttons.
