Hi there, Brent. I'm happy to help! I have two ideas about what could have happened:

  • When you were added to your new team, did the admin use the same Articulate ID (email) that you used to create that content? If not, your content could still be under a former Articulate ID.
  • If it was the same Articulate ID, when they removed you from the old team, the admin could have chosen to transfer your content to someone else or to delete it. Can you confirm with the person in charge of your previous team's subscription what happened?
