Hi, my organization bought a number of licences for organizational training. I'm designing a mobile learning course using RISE. It is critical for us, that learners don't see my name as an author (nobody knows me :) but instead they see the Organizations'name. I can change my photo with the organization logo, but it is not enough. I read in another discussion a suggestion to add a quote block, but we need to show the organization's name at the same level of the course title, not inside the course.
I'd suggest using the "hide author" element and then including the logo for your organization. You could also look at including the organization name in the title of the course.
I've also shared this forum discussion with our team, as I know a few folks have asked for a feature to change the author listed on a Rise course.

Hi Kaye! Right now, Rise 360 will display your name as the author, or you can hide the author name altogether. There isn't a way to replace your name with another author's name.

I get the feeling you can simply go to your account and change your name for the organisation name. Then click save.... once you have exported, change it back..
Hi Ian! Thanks for reaching out! For exporting content, yes that would be a workaround. If you have a profile image you would need to temporarily change that as well if you need it to reflect an organization's logo or example.
We'd benefit from this possibility as well :) I have also received requests from our Articulate users that they'd like to change their name to an organization name.
It doesn't seem to work to change the picture to a logo, because when author is hidden so is the picture. What I would suggest is being able to choose name or company, so you could enter whatever you want it to say in the company line.
I just took the risk to try it and it works. I'm not sure that adding the 'author' to the course accomplishes anything that you can't accomplish via a logo or the course description text or an introductory paragraph in the course welcome/overview, but you can just change your name to your company name and change your image to the company logo and list your company as the author.

We need an easy way to change author's name and icon. It should be part of the Rise interface.

Add you organization name to the Course Description text.

We turn the author name off, and then add this information as text in the course description.
