On exporting a Rise course for Web, a file called 'Icon' is generated (0kb), that seems to have no function. However, if ftp'd to a web server with the other output files, not only can the index launch file not be accessed, but that file itself and the directory cannot be deleted (not with Filezilla, not my ISP's ftp control panel).
Can anybody explain what this is, and why it's so awkward?
