Creating content in Rise just got even easier.
We’ve rolled out a new shortcut bar that makes it a cinch to add your favorite blocks to lessons quickly. And with all the prebuilt lesson types available as blocks, you have more flexibility to mix and match block types to create beautiful custom lessons. You can also convert your existing prebuilt lessons into blocks to give your courses a refresh.

We hope you’ll love how these features let you create gorgeous responsive content faster than ever.

Wow - so quick to author. This is great Kelly - thanks guys for making a great product even better.
So glad you're finding these features useful, Wendy!
These updates are wonderful! Rise gets more awesome every time I use it. Thanks!
Very cool. We're demoing Rise to our larger department tomorrow, we'll be sure to show some of this off.
Thank you! This looks great!!
Great addition to Rise. Now if we could just have some more flexibility and organization possibilities with the folders.
I'm loving it :-)
Amazing. Just makes everything quicker.
I love the layout + design and increased speed this will offer. It's so useful, I'd like the bar to appear at the top of the content or stick to top under author vs. scrolling to the bottom.
Great job, this does make things much easier.
I never did understand the workflow reasoning behind why the lesson components were split up the way they were with what seemed like randomly selected lesson types available apart from the rest of the blocks. This is a welcome update, thanks.
While this is undoubtedly great, my hope was to see some of the features requested by users (particularly, for me, a richer text editor and support for math notation). I suggest a list of feature requests is published and users allowed to vote for which ones they would love to see first.
The article seems to have some sort of transparency layer going on with it.
class="comments__root flagged post__body", maybe remove 'flagged' from the class?
yes noticed that myself.
The new features are great...but the article is hard to read!
yay! This is great! Thank you for continuing to enhance this product.
I am viewing the same thing. It works, but it's difficult to see.
Hey there, we fixed the flagging issue. Thanks for pointing it out!
This is great - thanks so much Articulate. It makes it so much easier and quicker to author now!
Can't wait to see more updates coming soon (I hope) to both Rise and Storyline?
So excited! Loved Rise already but this makes it even more useful and it's such a FUN tool to work with. Love it!
Fantastic!!!!
Love the new shortcut bar already!
Thanks and keep up the good work, Articulate!
I'm not a big fan of Rise as it is not flexible enough for me. I'm sure it will get there. But, please don't forget Storyline users. I believe we have been asking for a way to automatically number slides for at least 5 years now... Still no joy?
So exciting! I am especially excited about the Convert to Blocks button. Loving it already!
Looking good. While Rise doesn't scale well for the sort of projects I work with Storyline for our students I still appreciate the tool for "digital manual" type of content. Something you can open your tablet.
