No change between settings for Rise export - one reports grades and one does not

Hello,

We have a course that used the same export settings for both files. Yet, when testing on SCORM cloud, one reports a grade, and one does not. We discovered this issue and we cannot isolate a cause.

Our export settings are:

Export Type = LMS

LMS = SCORM 1.2

Tracking = Track using quiz result

Reporting = Passed/Incomplete

Quiz settings are:

Passing Score = 100%

Require Passing Score to Continue = On

Quiz Retries = Unlimited

 

I have included both exports. Has anyone ever had an export not report a grade despite using the same settings to include grades?

Hi there, Carli. I can see what you're saying: The incorrect course is not sending any score to the LMS once the learner passes and completes the course.

I'm not able to find a reason after debugging both versions of the course. I can see that the learner's responses are sent correctly to the LMS, but for some reason the max score and the learner's score are not being set at the end of the course. I'm going to create a case for us to take a closer look.

Have you been able to move forward with the working version?
