Off line error message when exporting

Hi
I am getting a your computer is offline message when I am exporting my course from Rise360. Sometimes it fixes itself and does complete the export, sometimes I get another message indicating my session has timed out and to refresh. It then kicks me off that page very quickly.
It seems to only be that course (so far) and seems to happen about the same place in the export every time. Its like there is something in the content that it doesn't like.
It occurs with both SCORM 1.2 and TinCan

Shutting rebooting my computer seems to have fixed the issue.
