I click on Rise to launch and it takes me to the online rise site. I click to open the course I want to edit but it is just hanging and won't take me any further. I have tried cut and paste to open in Google chrome but it just opens Rise through my personal account and the project I want to edit is in my work account.

Hi Jane,
If you've got two accounts there isn't a way to merge them, but you can send a copy of any Rise courses from one account to another.
If you need help getting rid of one of the accounts, can you reach out to our team here?
