Paragraph Placeholder Text

This is a really minor suggestion but would be very helpful to me, and I hope others.

When I add a paragraph to a course as a placeholder, I find that the boilerplate text that's already there confuses my reviewers/SMEs.  Is it possible to have that copy changed to the "lorem ipsum" version, so it will be clearer that it is placeholder content?

I know I could copy-paste it in myself, but thought it would be more convenient for everyone if the tool were updated.
