Hi there, Manisha. When you share your Rise 360 course using the Share URL, you'll have the option to add a password. You'll need to do this for each course -- there isn't a way to apply a password to all of your courses at once.
If you're using a learning management system or your own website to host your course, those sites will control access to your course.
