Hi, I recently created a basic storyline, that has the 1st frame of a video with click hear to play, to make it more inviting than the black screen with a play button. Is works great in pc preview, but when on tablet it still has the black screen you click, but then have to click again on my 1st frame please click before the video plays.... any ideas on what I can do? Thanks
We are currently tracking requests for customizing the first frame of a Storyline block in Rise, and I'll include you on the list. If we make any changes that will help, I will be sure to let you know.
For now, you may continue using a video block for Storyline sections you need to include in Rise.

I think I found out how best to do it, just do it as a video (leave storyline out of it) it automatically shows the 1st frame. (Am still learning lol)
But I would still like to know if there is a way to show the 1st frame
