Is it possible to add a pdf file (for example a guide in pdf format) not as a file that should be downloaded, but as a file that can be read and scrolled inside the lesson.
I understand that this file may be re-written in the text blocks, but it is quite a lengthy process, so I guess there should be an option to upload the whole file in pdf and make it available on the page, not only as a downloadable file.

It is possible.
You would need to host your PDF somewhere on a web server. Then insert an iframe link to this PDF in your Rise course. That will display the PDF within the course like this example: https://rise.articulate.com/share/PYa8R2p1_V8vHTJjAbGxiT4bChYPhwL5#/lessons/RS_2ZjpxQOTgK79e3x5bDxj6SI354sKF

Hi Sherry, you sure can. You would need to host the PDF file on a web server then insert the PDF link into a Web object.
