Another option is to save all of the slides as images from PPT and then insert them into a carousel interaction. This works great as long as the slides don't have animation or audio.
You could also use a Process Block if you want to add the audio to the images. I use the Process Block as a way to create more of an interactive presentation since you can't add audio to each of the pictures in a carousel block.
Another way is to export the PPT as an MP4 and either use the Video Block or Multimedia/Embed block. I know you can export PPT to MP4 on a PC but not sure about MAC.
